Editor

Full upwards- and downwards compatibility with all other SGF editors is guaranteed by the introduction of a new SGF property 'RT' that contains the "rich" part of the text, and the "plain" part of the text remains in the SGF property 'C'. Other SGF editors simply ignore the RT property and display the plain text.

The editor has two modes: Plain Text and Rich Text. The Plain text toolbar does not have the buttons associated with the Rich Text features.
Plain text mode is the default and Rich Text mode can be turned on with Settings - General Settings - Editor - Rich Text.
SGF files with rich text can be (much) larger than SGF files without rich text, so use this feature wisely.

Preferably include only small images that have been optimized for size (GIF's, palette-based PNG or highly compressed JPEG).
When not working with rich text files, it is advisable to keep the editor in plain text mode.

	Sensei-search	Click this button, then click a word in the Editor to do a Sensei Search. Alternatively, select words in the editor and click this button to do a Sensei Search.
